‘Working in Teams’ is the cornerstone for the success of any organization. Creating a team environment in the organization will help members work together more effectively. It will help them build more cohesive, supportive and trusting teams. This program is aimed to answer the question, “How do we get at that?” Successful team building will have far reaching ramifications in your organization. Improve the way team members interact and you improve their ability to solve team problems. This will mean better efficiency in general and increased productivity. It also helps to decrease stress and attrition.
Objective
The aim of the team building course is to provide the participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to improve communication, quality and teamwork. After attending the program, the participants will be able to:

Who should attend?
In organizations we have different forms of teams – hierarchical teams, project teams, and cross-functional teams among others. This course has been specifically developed for leaders and members of any organizational team who understand the value of team skills in developing a creative work environment by which the team can achieve expectations.
Practical training methods
The course is designed to be practical, relevant and participative with the emphasis on improving skills, knowledge, and attitude in a relaxed and non-threatening environment thereby increasing the participant’s motivational level.
In addition to trainer presentations, syndicate work and group exercises, indoor team building exercises on leadership and effective teamwork provide a fun way to understand the need for and ways to develop teamwork. The training will introduce /p> the delegates to activities and techniques that help to make effective teams, and will focus on individual actions and team actions that help build effectiveness in the workplace.
Timing of the Course
On Day 1 registration is between 9.00-9.30 am and the training begins at 9.30 am finishing at 5.00 pm.
On the second day training begins at 9.00 am finishing at 5.00 pm.
