Course Overview
The present day economy has been titled as “Knowledge economy”. In such an economy, it is people who make all the difference. In political economy capital or market was important. Talent occupies centre stage in the Indian workplace. In view of this, managing and retaining manpower is becoming crucial to an organization’s success.
To achieve this, companies across sectors are focusing on some of the more critical HR practices. While business demands, margin pressures, declining budgets, HR technology, social media, data and analytics are all reshaping the contours of HR, what is noteworthy is an increase in HR’s focus on these aspects. Traditional ways of doing things are being re-examined asHR leaders look at more effective ways of managing and aligning talent with the new business objectives.
Human resource is the most complex but also the most stretchable. Viewed as human capital, has the potential of transforming results and performance beyond imagination and benchmarked limits. This training is aimed to focus on the utilization of the human capital to maximize the return on its investment. We will try and find out and arrive at a common understanding of what actions are necessary to be undertaken to gain the maximum out of the HR, who is required to play what role and how we are to achieve our goals with the help of the Human Resource.
Understanding the nuances of managing, developing and transforming this human capital make it possible for human resources staff to perform their job effectively.
